Moncler is confirmed for the fifth year in a row in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World and Europe, with the highest score (89/100) of the ‘Textiles, Apparel & Luxury Goods’ industry according to the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2023, as of 8th December 2023.

MONCLER RATED A

In 2023 the company achieved the leadership level with an A score for its environmental transparency and actions to mitigate climate risks. For the third year, the Group disclosed its climate change impact through CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform.

Moncler has also been confirmed as a leading company on CDP’s 2023 Supplier Engagement Leaderboard, for taking action to measure and reduce climate risk within its supply chain.

CDP assesses companies on their climate disclosure, their awareness and management of environmental risks and their best practices associated with environmental leadership, such as setting ambitious and meaningful targets.

MONCLER RATED AAA

In 2023 Moncler was rated AAA by MSCI ESG Research that provides MSCI ESG Ratings on global public and a few private companies on a scale of AAA to CCC, according to exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage those risks relative to peers.

MSCI ESG Research provides in-depth research, ratings and analysis of the environmental, social and governance-related business practices providing critical insights that can help institutional investors identify risks and opportunities that traditional investment research may overlook.

MOODY’S ESG SOLUTIONS

As of May 2023, the Moncler Group ranked 2nd in Moody’s Analytics overall ranking for the sector of Specialized Retail Europe. Receiving a score of 65/100, the Group obtained an “Advanced” level. The score has been assigned through an analysis and evaluation of 28 sustainability criteria. The evaluation notably highlighted the exhaustiveness of the company’s environmental strategy, backed by relevant targets, a sound corporate governance system (Board of directors and Audit & Internal control), as well as an Advanced integration of social and environmental factors in the supply chain.
