The Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, acknowledging the importance of complementary experience and skills for the good functioning of corporate bodies, have approved the diversity policy describing such corporate bodies’ composition features deemed optimal, with the aim of integrating professionals having different profiles, to be combined with the diversity of gender, of age and of seniority groups of the body members.
