THE NEW MONCLER INVESTOR RELATIONS APP IS NOW AVAILABLE
The Moncler share (MONC.MI - MONC:MI) is listed on the Italian Equity (MTA) of Borsa Italiana since December 16th, 2013.
Since March 2014 Moncler has been a constituent of the FTSE MIB, which is comprised of the 40 largest securities on the Milan Stock Exchange.
Since September 2016 Moncler has been a constituent of the STOXX EUROPE 600, which is comprised of the 600 main European securities.
Since May 2018 Moncler has been a constituent of the MSCI Global Standard Index, which targets to cover a range of around 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalisazion of developed and emerging stock markets.

On 28 February 2019, the Board of Directors approved the Draft Consolidated Results for the Financial Year ended on 31 December 2018 and the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.40 euros per ordinary shares, equal to a 30% pay-out ratio, calculated on the Group net income (332.4 million euros) .
The Group has not adopted any dividend policy to date.

In particular, the following significant changes in ownership structure took place:
• During 2018, 818.367 were execised for stock-based incentive plans;
• Between April 4 and May 10 2018, Moncler programmed to purchase 2.100.000 treasury shares (equal to 0.8% of share capital) for a total of Euro 73.016.430, to be used for existing and future stock-based incentive plans;
• On May 31 2018, BlackRock Inc. acquired a 5% stake in Moncler;
• On June 6, Eurazeo, a private equity fund, sold its interest in Moncler, through ECIP M S.A., decreasing its investment in the company from 5.3% to 4.8%.
• Between August 1 and September 19 2018, Moncler programmed to purchase 2.000.000 treasury shares (equal to 0.8% of share capital) for a total of Euro 75.718.177, to be used for existing and future stock-based incentive plans
