SHPETIME ALIU
Moncler Protoype Developer

“I began my journey at Moncler in 2016 with an internship in the Prototyping department at Trebaseleghe (PA). After six months, I became Prototype Developer, responsible for transforming the design team’s sketches into prototypes, which are useful for finished garment packaging. In 2019 I was involved in a large cross-functional team for the creation of the first Atelier in the Milan office. Together we studied the environments and work spaces designed to achieve maximum efficiency. When I see our garments in the boutique windows, I think of the stories they carry with them and of the work of the people who have made them possible through passion and commitment.”

MIRKA BENASSI
Moncler Store Director

“I’m Mirka and this year is my 10-year anniversary at Moncler. I started this adventure by participating in the opening of the Flagship Store in Milan on via Montenapoleone, of which I am the Store Director. Having the opportunity to see the store construction, choose my team, and define every detail was a wonderful experience. What I love about my role is the ability to convey, through the responsibility that I have, respect, that guarantees the creation of value over time and commitment, because the people who work in my team are an important asset and my job is to promote their growth. I review in this the Moncler values, which I fully share, and which stimulate me every day to express the best part of me, welcoming with my team all the customers from around the world, with authenticity and professionalism.”

“I started my journey at Moncler in August 2018, thanks to an internship where I held the role of Omnichannel Operational Excellence Intern and collaborated on the future internalization of our ecommerce. After 6 months I joined the digital team as Project Manager. I have the task of guiding and managing the digital projects from the initial briefing to the final delivery, ensuring that the work is carried out in the correct timeframe and in accordance with the set objectives. During my 5 years of experience at Moncler, working in a dynamic environment, constantly evolving and for this reason highly motivating, I have made flexibility and teamwork the cornerstones of my professional and personal development. A Digital Project Manager must have excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills, as well as a good understanding of digital technologies and management models.”

ALBERTO GHIDOTTI
Special Project Coordinator & Junior Collection Design Manager

“I began my journey at Stone Island in 2014 with an internship in Ravarino. Carlo Rivetti was my instructor, and during my third year at PoliMi, I had the remarkable opportunity to observe the industrial process behind our product creation up close. I worked in every department—from fabric reception to the CQT, product office, garment assembly, and dyeing. Later, I joined the design office, where I organized processes as a collection and office coordinator. Today, I oversee special projects and develop the Junior collection. My experience here has been shaped by people, emotions, and a constant stream of new challenges, driving both personal and professional growth, and fueling my ongoing motivation to explore our product’s complexity and unique beauty.”

MARTA THAO GISLON
Moncler Media & Brand Partnership Coordinator

“I joined Moncler in August 2019 in a 24-month program aimed at training young profiles to take on a managerial position within our boutiques. During the two years spent in the flagship store in Paris, I learned about the management of a store, from the contact with customers, to the organization and training of client advisors. I experienced first-hand the setting up and the changes of the windows and witnessed the product inventories, thus learning about our garments and our consumers. During the pandemic I decided to reconsider my career path and explore new opportunities. So, in 2021 I started in parallel to support the HQ Media team in Milan. A world completely new to me, but fascinating and stimulating, where my current team appreciated my curiosity and recognized the precious experience that I lived in the boutique, after a few months they decided to welcome me permanently in Milan. So, today I am Media & Brand Partnership Coordinator.”
