Moncler's market capitalisation was EUR 14.0 billion as at

31 December 2024, compared with EUR 15.3 billion

as at 31 December 2023, and in the year recorded

a negative

Total Shareholder Return (TSR) of -6.8%.

of shares was 274,805,954 as at 31 December 2024. Moncler’s

signif icant shareholders are shown in the chart below.

SHAREHOLDING

During the course of 2024, the Group maintained an ongoing

dialogue with the f inancial community (investors and analysts),

also in light of the volatility of the sector and the unpredictability

of global macroeconomic events. The Investor Relations team,

assisted by Group management participated in industry

conferences roadshows in major f inancial markets and meetings

and calls with fund managers buyside and sellside analysts

Such events were in either physical presence or virtual format
