The professional category with the highest number of employees
is that of white-collar workers, who represent 52% of the
workforce. The categories experiencing the highest growth are
that of workers (+14%), as a direct result of the process
of partial internalization of production and the consequent
expansion of production sites, followed by managers (+13%),
mainly due to the Group’s ongoing investment in coordinating
staf f directly involved in the implementation of key activities
and processes. The percentage of women in the managerial
category (managers, senior managers, executives and senior
executives) is equal to 52%.

age is 38 years.
EMPLOYEES BY AGE GROUP
In 2024, 88% employees had permanent contracts, of which
94% full-time.
Fixed-term contracts represent around 12% of the total and
are mainly linked to the seasonality of some business and retail
activities. During the year, 354 f ixed-term contracts were
transformed into permanent contracts, demonstrating the Group’s
commitment to consolidating and retaining people. Women account
for 71 of the employees with permanent contracts and 58
of the employees with f ixedterm contracts
