Industrial Hub

Industrial Hub
Located in the Veneto region, this site spans approximately 15,000 square meters and brings together diverse functions under one roof. The heart of the site is its production area, inspired by lean principles, where garments and accessories are manufactured with a focus on efficiency and quality. It also includes departments dedicated to prototyping, pattern making and sample development, as well as teams managing raw material sourcing and third parties manufacturing of garments and accessories.
The site offers workplace quality, supports people’s well-being, and enhances energy efficiency. Today, around 900 people work in a space that reflects the brand’s identity through carefully selected materials and finishes such as marble, burnished brass, chêne fumé wood and boiserie.
Certified to the ISO 14001 environmental standard, the site is powered entirely by renewable energy and features LED lighting and an advanced air circulation system to ensure high energy efficiency.
As part of the industrial hub, Moncler also operates a knitwear facility in Padernello di Paese (Treviso, Italy), equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and a fully integrated, directly managed production cycle employing around 90 people. Covering more than 5,000 square meters, the site is dedicated to knitwear production, prototyping, and sample development, and it also houses all washing, ironing, and quality control processes for Moncler’s knitwear pieces.
