Casa Moncler

Spanning a total area of 77,000 square meters, including a six-floor building rising 32 meters, an expansive showroom, and surrounding green area, the headquarters redefines the idea of the workplace: open, welcoming, and collaborative. 

The space is shaped by three guiding principles: a flexible and hybrid environment that reflects how people work and collaborate; a focus on well-being through layouts that encourage both interaction and personal balance; and a sustainable approach that integrates low-impact materials and energy-efficient systems. 

Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the building reflects the site's industrial heritage through clean lines and essential volumes. A key symbol of this connection is the chimney, which has been preserved and repurposed with a sustainable approach: it now contributes to the building’s thermal regulation by channeling fresh air into a bioclimatic greenhouse. 

From the first floor, home to prototyping, model and pattern-making, up to the fifth floor dedicated to design office, the building integrates the full creative process. The remaining levels house corporate functions within spacious, open areas designed to foster a dynamic and collaborative work environment. 

The building is in the process of obtaining WELL and LEED certifications, meeting the highest standards for sustainable innovation and well-being through efficient energy use, high indoor environmental quality, and the use of low-impact, recyclable materials.  

From an over 600-square-meter gym, the cafè, and a welcoming company restaurant to smart mobility solutions and concierge services, Casa Moncler offers a full ecosystem of services to support well-being, simplify everyday life, and enrich the experience of everyone who works there.
