Antonio Ricci

Standing Statutory Auditor

Born in Rome on 10 October 1970, he obtained a degree in Economics and Business Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1995. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and has been a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1998, as well as the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.

 

He is currently an Associate Partner at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, where he has been working since 1996, and is also an Associate Partner of “Studio di Revisori Associati”.

 

He carries out his professional activity as a Chartered Accountant, providing ongoing and extraordinary tax and corporate advisory services, primarily to Italian companies belonging to multinational groups (both listed and unlisted) operating in the industrial, services and real estate sectors (including asset management companies and real estate funds/SICAFs).

 

He has developed extensive expertise in corporate, accounting and tax matters, both at national and international level, as well as solid experience in tax due diligence assignments. He also has experience in corporate governance and currently serves as a member of a Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – O.d.V.).

 

He has held positions within the control bodies of companies subject to supervision by the Bank of Italy.

 

He is, or has been, a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies, including companies belonging to the Kion Group (Germany), Anima Group (Italy), Swatch Group (Switzerland), Puma Group (Germany), Linde Group (Germany) and Hugo Boss Group (Germany).

 

He collaborated on the drafting of “Guida Fiscale delle Società” (2006), published by Il Sole 24 Ore, edited by Giuseppe Pirola and Luca Occhetta
