Sue Nabi is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Coty Inc., one of the world’s largest beauty companies, a role she has held since September 2020. Ms. Nabi spent two decades at L’Oréal, from 1993 to 2012. As Worldwide President of L’Oréal Paris, she drove record growth and championed inclusivity, including evolving the brand’s famous slogan to “because we’re worth it.” In 2009, she became Worldwide President of Lancôme, revitalizing the brand and delivering three consecutive years of double-digit growth, culminating in a record €3.2 billion turnover.

In 2014, Ms. Nabi co-founded the ultra-luxury skincare brand Orveda with Nicolas Vu. When Ms. Nabi became CEO of Coty in 2020, Mr. Vu assumed the role of CEO at Orveda. Together, the duo also launched Infiniment Coty Paris in 2024, a groundbreaking fragrance line featuring Coty’s patent-pending Molecular Aura technology, designed to extend the signature of each perfume for up to 30 hours.

At Coty, Ms. Nabi has been widely recognized for her transformative leadership. She was ranked the #1 CEO in her sector by Institutional Investor in 2021, 2023, and 2024. Under her guidance, Coty achieved 12 successive financial upgrades, bringing the company close to investment-grade status.

Ms. Nabi has an advanced master’s degree in marketing management from ESSEC and an engineering degree in agronomy and environment.
