Geoffroy van Raemdonck is a distinguished executive in the Consumer/Retail/Luxury sector, known for his expertise in transforming both private equity and publicly traded companies.

He recently served as CEO and Board Member for Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) from 2018 until the transaction with Saks Global in 2024. During his tenure, Geoffroy transformed Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman into luxury relationship businesses with $5 billion in GMV, implementing a customer-centric business model that achieved sustainable and profitable growth. He negotiated a monetization event valued at 2 times Nordstrom’s EBITDA multiple and managed MyTheresa, doubling revenues in 3 years and leading its IPO on NYSE. He led NMG through a successful financial restructuring and $4 billion debt reduction, securing a $200 million equity investment from Farfetch.

Geoffroy has deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, digital and technology. His leadership is guided by the principle that human capital is a key vector of performance, fostering a culture of belonging and a growth mindset. He developed leadership teams committed to digital excellence and customer experience. Prior to NMG, Geoffroy held prominent roles at Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, St. John Knits, The Boston Consulting Group, and L Brands.

He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and graduated summa cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. He currently resides in New York with his husband and two children. Geoffroy serves on the boards of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the American Composers Orchestra and is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council. He has been recognized by the Fashion Scholarship Fund, Parsons School of Design, and the Retail Leadership Center for his career achievements.
