BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Expert in organizational and managerial transformation, supporting the top management of companies, non-profit organizations, and government entities. She focuses on facilitation and development of decision-making processes. With an initial specialization in economics and later in adult education and systemic coaching, she has been a Senior Advisor since 2000 and now provides consultancy as an International Board and C-Level Advisor in a more structured form.

She has collaborated with over 100 CEOs and teams of international companies, 18 of which are among the top 500 in the “Fortune Global” ranking.

She was on the Board of Directors of Lastminute.com (listed on the Zurich Stock Exchange) from 2017 to 2020. Until 2021, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Beaconforce S.r.l., part of the Zucchetti Group. Since 2021, she has been on the Board of Consorzio Elis Consel. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. until 2022, before being appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Trevi S.p.A., a position she held until July 2023.

Currently, she is on the Board of Cerved S.p.A. and Cedacri S.p.A.; in both, she is the Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee. She also serves on the Board of Wateralia S.p.A. and Maccaferri S.p.A., representing the major shareholder Ambienta SGR.
