Kindergarten

Kindergarten
As part of Moncler’s commitment to supporting employees’ well-being and work-life balance, Moncler’s production hub in Romania hosts a kindergarten developed in collaboration with the internationally renowned Reggio Children organization.
Designed for children aged two to six, the kindergarten offers an innovative educational approach that fosters autonomy, exploration, and creativity. Inspired by the “100 languages theory,” it recognizes each child’s unique way of expressing themselves through art, movement, and communication.
The bright, open space features child-sized furniture made from natural and recycled materials, including textile scraps from the Moncler factory, linking children’s learning to their parents’ work environment. Education is multilingual, Romanian, English, and Italian, promoting cultural openness from an early age.
Families are closely involved in the educational process through ongoing workshops and activities, creating a strong connection between home and school. Nutrition is a priority, with an in-house kitchen providing seasonal, wholesome meals that children help prepare to encourage independence.
The kindergarten accommodates 60 children and is staffed by teachers trained by Reggio Children in Italy. It is accredited by Romania’s national education agency and has gained the WELL certification, reflecting the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being.
