Shareholders, We invite you to approve the Moncler Group consolidated financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 december 2023 and the Moncler S.p.A. s separate financial statements.

We recommend that you approve the distribution of a gross dividend of eUR 1.15 per ordinary share based on the net results for the year 2023 of Moncler S.p.A. equal to eUR 195.7 million, and on the retained earnings reserve.

The total amount to be distributed as a dividend, having tak- en into consideration the number of shares as of today, net of the shares which are directly owned by the Company, is equal to eu- ro 310.7 million, with a 51% pay-out on the consolidated income13.
