10.4 SIGNIFICANT NON-RECURRING EVENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
We point out that, on June 14, 2021, Moncler S.p.A. Board of Di- rectors, putting into effect the resolutions adopted by the Share- holders Meeting of June 11, 2020, resolved, with reference to the stock grant plan denominated 2020 Performance Shares Plan , the granting of 463,425 shares to 59 beneficiaries. The description of the stock-based compensation plans and the related costs are included in note 10.2.
10.5 ATYPICAL AND/OR UNUSUAL TRANSACTIONS
It should be noted that during 2021 the Group did not enter into any atypical and/or unusual transactions.
