These terms and conditions of use for the website (“Terms and Conditions of Use”) govern the user’s usage of the website hosted at the internet address http://www.monclergroup.com, including all its sections and areas dedicated to and reserved for registered users (the “Website”). The Website, along with the Moncler brand, is the exclusive property of Moncler S.p.A., with head offices in Via Stendhal 47, 20144 – Milan (hereafter “MONCLER”), which is registered and managed by the same.
In welcoming you to the Website, we would ask users to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before continuing to access or use the Website. These Terms and Conditions of Use, which may be amended by MONCLER at its discretion, at any moment and without any prior warning, apply to all visitors and/or users of the Website. In accessing or using the Website, the user confirms that he/she has accepted these Terms and Conditions of use and expresses the will to be bound by the same. If the user does not intend accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, he or she may not use the Website and is accordingly asked to cease using it with immediate effect.
The user accordingly declares and guarantees that (a) he/she has the faculty to accept these Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) use of the Website by him/her shall comply with said Terms and Conditions of Use.

All the brands and logos, whether registered or otherwise, which are contained in the Website, including but not limited to the MONCLER brand, are the property of MONCLER and will remain the exclusive property of the same. These brands cannot be used in reference to any product or service not originating from MONCLER, in such a way as confuses the users or denigrates or discredits MONCLER. The user acknowledges and accepts that the Website and all its contents, including but not limited to all the texts, information, data, images, icons, photographs, illustrations, multimedia content (graphics, audio and video), indices, descriptions, software, HTML codes and screens contained therein, including similar contents (collectively the “Contents”), are the property or under the ownership of MONCLER and are subject to protection by international intellectual property laws, including but not limited to rights regarding patents, copyright, trade secrets, trade names, brands, service brands, moral rights, know-how and any other type of similar right acknowledged by international laws or conventions in any nation or jurisdiction worldwide.
The user is not authorised to use these contents for purposes other than those expressly indicated on the Website. In the event of unauthorised usage, MONCLER may take any action against the party involved. MONCLER reserves the right to amend the contents of the Website at any time, without the need for prior warning. Surfing the Website is completely free of charge, access is free and registration is optional. The information and data contained in the Website has been checked thoroughly, but we would apologise henceforth for any inaccuracies, and would ask any users noting any to send them to the email addresses given below to allow us to make any changes necessary.
Upon registration, the user acknowledges that MONCLER is in no way responsible, whether directly or indirectly, for damage of any nature and kind suffered by the user or any third parties during navigation and consultation of the Website and in relation to any associated initiatives which the user has decided to take part in. All users are reminded of their exclusive responsibility with regard to the truthfulness and integrity of the information they enter in the Website of their own accord on registering and obtaining the strictly personal emails and passwords. The user henceforth expressly authorises the recipients of the information, upon their release, to handle them according to the legal provisions in force. Registrations may be cancelled at any time by the user following the instructions on the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, neither MONCLER nor any of its affiliated and/or controlled companies, along with partners, shareholders, managers, staff, agents, representatives, dealers and representatives of each of the above, may in any case be considered responsible for the user or for third parties, with regard to any damage or loss arising from the use of the Website and/or the Contents contained therein, or for any information regarding products that are sold through it. In using the Website, the user accepts that, in the case of dissatisfaction arising with regard to the Website, to any part thereof of any service which is supplied through it, or to a clause contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use, the sole and exclusive means of amendment at the disposal of the user consists of ceasing to use the Website. MONCLER declines all responsibility regarding deeds, omissions and conduct of third parties related to use of the Website by the user, including, by way of example, any responsibility regarding contents, information and third-party declarations made available on the Website or through the same. This is also in accordance with criminal or civil law regulations concerning defamation, violation of intellectual property, privacy, obscenity or any other applicable regulation. Lastly, the user accepts that he/she shall hold MONCLER harmless and release it from liability for any legal actions, claims advanced by third parties and associated damages and expenses, including those of a legal nature, which originate from or are linked to use of the Website and/or MONCLER contents by the user, where these are in any way irregular and/or unlawful.
All reference made to any products and/or services which have been or may be supplied by MONCLER, or by any other affiliated or controlled company, by means of the Website, shall not correspond with a promise that these products or services will be available at any time. Variations or improvements to these products or services may be made at any time without prior communication from MONCLER.
MONCLER shall make every possible effort to ensure that the Contents of the Website are precise and accurate, but it can in no way guarantee them. In any case MONCLER reserves the right, at any time and on each individual occasion, to amend or deactivate the Website temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice.
